With over 18 years of experience in software development, project management, entrepreneurship and information systems consulting, Mr. Tuy Hong has outstanding expertise. Before establishing Localize, he held key roles in both the private and public sectors, successfully leading numerous projects across various industries, including: Point of Sale & Accounting systems, hotel management, human resource management, real estate management, and others modern financial technology systems.

Mr. Thorn Rinda

Business Development Manager

With over 10 years of experience in web development, system implementation, and sales & marketing, I combine strong technical knowledge with commercial insight to help businesses adopt the right digital solutions. I focus on building client trust, managing sales pipelines, and overseeing the full implementation process to ensure smooth deployment, long-term success, and real operational efficiency. My ability to connect product capabilities with business needs enables me to drive revenue growth and support company expansion.

Mr. Pen Sokheng

Finance Manager

With 10 years experiences of supporting companies across accounting services, architecture, trading, F&B, construction, and real estate, Mr. Phen Sokheng brings a solid track record in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial planning, helping organizations make clear, data-driven decisions. Known for his analytical approach and strong attention to detail, Sokheng focuses on delivering accurate financial insights and building structures that support long-term business growth.

Mr. Lao Seavpheng

Technical Lead

With over a decade of experience in Cambodia and the United States, Seavpheng specializes in building scalable .NET and full-stack solutions for modern enterprise applications. He has led the design and implementation of complex system integrations using SOAP and RESTful APIs, connecting third-party services with core business platforms. His work spans banking, finance, regulatory systems, and enterprise logistics—consistently delivering reliable, high-performance solutions that support long-term growth.

Ms. Phok Phanna

Partnership Manager

Mrs. Phanna has more than 10 years of professional work experiences as a Vice President Tax & Operations and Accountant for local and regional companies including Accounting and Tax firm, Micro banking sector, NGOs, private companies etc. with a range of industries such as consultancy, trading company, financial services, and construction. Her strong interests are the reform on the structure of management, setting up standard operating procedures (SOP), improvement of accounting processes, implementation of new accounting system set-up, taxation.
